These easy-to-take softgels contain ubiquinol as Kaneka Q+® blended in a base of organic flaxseed oil to improve its solubility and provide omega-3s rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
Recommended adult dose: 1 softgel 1–3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
